A flower petal falls…it has consequences
The petal of a wildflower falls and the small amount of air it displaces while falling causes another petal to fall next to it. This begins a chain reaction that has all the petals falling in this field. The displaced air then travels up the hill to meet colder air and the temperature inversion dynamics causes air turbulence that then travels miles. It is met by a cold front and the violence of the meeting of these masses of air causes yet another contribution to the air stream traveling through our stratosphere.
Soon, the air stream meets with warmer, moister air and a storm develops. It grows into a tropical storm and eventually a hurricane.
So, when you get into your gas guzzling car, your monster SUV or Hummer, think about the petal falling. 
The car produces far more fumes and those end up in our atmosphere. Perhaps you don’t see it as you may not see or think the falling of a flower petal consequential or that it might even have an impact in your life or the lives of others. But global warming is real, it is here and it is something we will have to deal with sooner rather than later.
This brings us to the next battle. If you think that the Health Care regulation legislation was ugly, (notice I don’t call it reform) then just you wait for the oncoming fight about Energy.
You see, the oil companies, EXXON, SHELL, TEXACO and others have far more income, more money in their treasure chests that can be employed
to fight any attempt at legislation. If the Republicans acting as agents of the Insurance Companies were able to motivate a whole bunch of morons into joining the “Birthers”, “Tabaggers” and “Death Panels” proponents, think of what all that oil money is going to be able to accomplish…Our country will never be the same.

It is not cool to use your children as props…it is a form of exploitation… can you say Sarah Palin?
Have you ever seen any scenes where Sarah is not totting this tot around like he was a rag doll? Have we ever seen her hold him tenderly like one loving mother would, holding the baby in her arms and looking at the baby in a loving way?
Levy holds his baby in a more loving way than Sarah.
Message to the Birthers:
Could you please produce a birth certificate for Sarah Palin and put an end once and for all to the rumor that she was born at home in Southern Alberta, Canada just south of Calgary, according to Wilhemina Stark a midwife who now lives in Calgary and says that she delivered a baby girl about that time that she thinks is Sarah Palin?.
Let’s not even talk about the birth of Presidential candidate John McCain, he was born in Panama. As far as we know, there are no hospitals in the Panama Canal Zone…outside, yes, but it is not American territory, it is actually part of Panama. So, technically, John McCain is a natural born Panamanian citizen
