No, it is not an involuntary reflex…yesterday, for the first
time she saw me and regaled me with a smile.
I wanted to confirm that it wasn’t a fluke so I stepped
aside, came back and she smiled again…she did this 3 times, which confirms that
the little delight of a baby is reacting to me. I picked her up, sang to her
and she went to sleep in my arms. I know this may not be of interest to many of
you but it is a big deal to me.
