So if you don’t believe in
God then you must believe in the Devil
This is the kind of crap you hear
all the time coming from religious people. They fail to understand that if
there is a doubt as to the existence of a Supreme Being, a Creator then there
would be twice as much doubt as to the existence of an evil force that they
fabricated.
They can’t help themselves, they have to talk about how much
faith they have, how wonderful it is to have Jesus in their lives, and how much
at a loss you are in if you don’t accept Jesus as your savior.
Again, they fail to understand that whoever Jesus was, I am
certain that he was not what they think he was. Perhaps with the passing of the
years the stories got exaggerated, became the centerpiece of a power and greed
movement and the Western world bought into it blindly and continue to do so.
How much of it is true and how much of it is fabricated nobody knows and the
ones who have the answers are not willing to tell and take the food away from
their tables, privilege and wealth that affords them a lofty life.
Clearly most of us grow up in a
religion that becomes our own, so how do you become an atheist? Or an agnostic?
Is this the result of an evil force trying to lead humans in an erroneous path?
Many people tell stories of having a religion and through rational thought,
life experiences, and personal journeys come to the conclusion that they don’t
have a religion.
Most agnostics don’t disagree with the possibility that
there could be a god. There is actually an religious
scale from 1-7. One being a theist, you
100% believe in a god. Two means you are almost certain there is a god, and
live your life as if there is one. Three is just higher than 50%, you’re not
sure, and technically still an agonistic. Four is 50%; their existence is equal
to their non existence. Five are skeptics, there’s less than a 50% chance. Six
is atheist, but you can never be sure, and will live life as there is not one.
And seven believes there is no god. They said most people fall between three
and five.

But I will tell you this: just because I don’t have an
answer it doesn’t mean that I am going to go looking for one and once I found
one that is to my liking I will embrace it and call it faith. I realize full
well that the outlandish explanations, myths, dogma and ideology is nothing
more than fabricated fairy tales even more unbelievable than the possible
explanation itself.
Then there are those that practice a
form of idolatry. They do this with an object called “THE BIBLE” and it becomes
the center of all their attention and worship. The Scriptures that supposedly
were translated and translated, changed, omitted and embellished survive today
in the form of a book these people worship…leaving out, behind and excluding
the intentional recipient of their worship: THE CREATOR GOD.
