Another one of those
ultra-right wing Teahadist-Christianist-Dominionist GOP conservatives sends
e-mail prayer for our President to die.
They have to be pretty fucking scared by now. I
think a good indication is that they are resorting to prayer (wishful thinking)
for the President to die. This is a sign of desperation, they have failed at
governing the country (Bush and the House of Representatives as of late)
sabotaging the economy, using Fox to disseminate misinformation and lies,
disenfranchising voters in many of the states where Republicans have the
Governorship, using a circus show to distract from the real issues and their
true agenda with these GOP Presidential primaries, to follow hand in hand with
the introduction of social issues like abortion and gay rights to energize
their radical base…and yet…it is not working!
What’s a desperate political party to do? Why, we
have to pray…sure, the good Lord will see to it that a Kenyan-Socialist will be
eliminated…preferably by a very painful death.
Don’t think for a minute that this is not what is
going on through those polluted, perverse minds of theirs…they see the writing
on the wall…first in Wisconsin and then Occupy Wall Street; and they are
sensing the urgency of their predicament: that the American people are not
buying what they are selling, that their radical brand of conservatism doesn’t
fly with most everyone and that they are not going to turn this country into a
theocracy.
Take
a good look at the picture at the top of this post…remember his face, this kind
of human phlegm doesn’t belong in government and should not call himself neither
an American nor a Christian.
GOP Speaker of Kansas House Sends Out Email Prayer for Death
of Obama
The GOP speaker of the Kansas House has
sent out an email prayer for the death of President Obama. Such
"imprecatory prayers" are usually seen from far-right preachers, not
politicians.
The Journal-World also
revealed that O’Neal had forward another email which referenced the Bible verse
Psalm 109:8, which reads: “Let his days be few; and let another take his
office.” The very next verse adds: “Let his children be fatherless, and his
wife a widow." The verse became a conservative meme in 2009 after it began
appearing on bumper stickers, t-shirts and even toys. The most common slogan
was, “Pray for Obama: Psalm 109:8.” “At last — I can honestly voice a Biblical
prayer for our president!” O’Neal wrote. “Look it up — it is word for word! Let
us all bow our heads and pray. Brothers and Sisters, can I get an AMEN?
AMEN!!!!!!”
Another email from O'Neal referred
to the First Lady as "Mrs. YoMama" and compared her appearance to Dr.
Suess' Grinch.

I'm sitting here so absolutely stunned right now, I can't even think of what to say...
ReplyDeleteLets take that psalm from the beginning and it could easily be turned against O'Neil himself - "let his prayers condemn him":
ReplyDeleteMy God, whom I praise,
do not remain silent,
2 for people who are wicked and deceitful
have opened their mouths against me;
they have spoken against me with lying tongues.
3 With words of hatred they surround me;
they attack me without cause.
4 In return for my friendship they accuse me,
but I am a man of prayer.
5 They repay me evil for good,
and hatred for my friendship.
6 Appoint someone evil to oppose my enemy;
let an accuser stand at his right hand.
7 When he is tried, let him be found guilty,
and may his prayers condemn him.
8 May his days be few;
may another take his place of leadership.
