Sometime this morning around 10:30 am this long awaited ruling
will be announced. We are all awaiting with anticipation.
If we are to look at this on the merits of this case alone
the Protect Marriage bigots only presented the court with “faith” and religious
beliefs as well as “tradition” for their arguments, while the opposing council
presented facts, evidence and testimony from credible experts.
Unless some weird occurrence like the judge got up on the
wrong side of the bed or had a wild hair up his ass then we might expect a
favorable decision.
I am also questioning at this point if Mitt Romney’s
donations didn’t somehow end up in the hands of anti-gay hate groups. We do
know for a fact that the Mormon Church was one of the most active opponents of
Prop8 and spent millions of dollars, so that if Mitt’s tithes (10%) went to
LDS, then he contributed to the hatred campaign.
For sure there will be posts all over the blogosphere today
on this issue.
